Pre-IACAC Worcester Counselor Tour

Join us for a tour of Clark University, College of the Holy Cross, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and discover the second-largest city in New England, Worcester.

Event Schedule (Tentative):

• Sunday, July 13 – Arrivals & Welcome Dinner
• Monday, July 14 – Visits to College of the Holy Cross and WPI. Optional social event.
• Tuesday, July 15 – Visit Clark University and depart for International ACAC at Northeastern.

Important Details:

• Airfare is not included. This is a pre-International ACAC counselor tour for those traveling to Boston for the conference.
• Travel to Worcester: Worcester is approximately 75 km from Boston and can be accessed via Uber ($90–$120), train + taxi ($25), or shared van from Knights Limo ($100).
• Accommodation: The host schools will cover single-occupancy hotel rooms in Worcester for two nights (July 13–14).
• Meals: All meals from Sunday dinner (July 13) through Tuesday lunch (July 15) are provided.
• Transportation: Transportation from Worcester to Northeastern University on Tuesday, July 15, will be provided, ensuring arrival in time for check-in and the opening ceremony.
• Priority: International ACAC members will receive priority registration.
